Gratitude and happiness
It's easy to say "be positive" but the more you apply it constantly and the more you add a ton of gratitude in the mix, the more you can see the contrast between accepting what is and someone being angry all the time.
I used to be a lot angrier about everything and I didn't see it as it is: a waste of time.
The more you dwell on something, the more it demands attention so then you complain even more. The vicious cycle of negativity.
Just like money in a savings account, the interest on positivity compounds over time: the more you have and add to the bank, the more it’ll grow.
But that’s also true for negativity as the more you spend without thinking further ahead (like yelling at someone or an event that you often can’t do anything about), you’ll become withdrawn and often empty, just like the account.
Let’s see what we can do and take action instead of whining about all the rest.
